Specialist clothing is diffiicult to find when the body has changed due to illness or surgery or trauma. There are specialist companies who can help including the stoma associations. Dorothy House shops may also be able to hunt something down for you.

Dressability provide clothing advice and information, garment alterations and adaptations and dressmaking for people with disabilities.

Marks and Spencers and other specialist providers have fitting services for underwear / swimwear.

Understanding what suits you and your body is also helpful. Image consultatnts such as Colour Me Beautiful advise on style, colour and makeup.
