Heart and Lung Disease

There are many types of heart and lung disease. These can be very disabling conditions but there are aids and equipment available that may provide some practical help.

Some patients can benefit from specialist palliative care (as provided by Dorothy House). Others will get care from NHS site specific Nurses Specialists or Community Matrons.
