Young Carers

Support is available to young people under 18 who care for a parent or sibling with an illness, disability, chronic condition or problem with drugs or alcohol.The support may be financial, practical or emotional and is available nationally and locally.

Dorothy House Hospice offers support to young carers who are eligible for our services, via the Children and Young People's Service.
