Garden on show
June 29th 2010
A stunning one-acre garden in Malmesbury will open its gates to visitors on Sunday 11 July. The stepped and sloping site features mature trees, and colourful beds and borders, created over the past six years. The garden at Blicks Hill House will be open in aid of Dorothy House Hospice Care from 11.30am – 5pm. Admission is £3.50, and homemade cakes and tea will be served. There is parking available, and the garden is wheelchair-accessible. Blicks Hill House is just one of the gardens opening this summer in aid of Dorothy House, which looks after 1,500 patients and their families from across Wiltshire and Somerset.
