Light up a Life is your opportunity to celebrate
the life of a loved one by dedicating a light on the Christmas
Tree at Winsley. You can dedicate a light to anyone, they do not
need to have been cared for by the hospice.
If you would like to celebrate the life of someone
special, please complete and return THIS
FORM (PDF). We will send you a card to acknowledge that a
light will be shining for them on the tree at the hospice.
You are also welcome to visit the tree in the
grounds of the hospice in Winsley from Monday 1st December until
Sunday 4th January 2009.
We will be holding a number of Services of Light
across the area, to which you are warmly invited.
This year there will not be a service at the
hospice as we can no longer accommodate the large numbers wishing
to attend.If you would like to come to a service, please let us
know using the Dedication form.
