The Dorothy House Midnight Walk has moved to Bath!

This marshalled eight-kilometre (about 5-mile) sponsored walk begins at midnight on Saturday 11 September. The circular route through Bath will start and finish at the new SouthGate Bath development.

The entry fee is £10.00 per person, and all entrants are expected to raise as much as they can through sponsorship.

The event is only open to women aged 16 or over.

Refreshments will be provided at the end of the walk. Full event details - including a map and sponsorship forms - will be sent to all entrants.

All entrants must complete and sign a registration form before taking part.

Entry forms must be returned by Friday 27 August 2010.

Entrants are NOT permitted to register on the night of the event. Note: places are strictly limited.

One form must be completed for each person participating (photocopied forms are acceptable).

The £10 entry fee covers expenses only and is non-refundable.

Sponsorship forms will be sent with your confirmation letter.

We have not set a minimum
sponsorship amount that you need to raise, but please raise as much as you can!

All sponsorship is to be submitted within two months of the event - by Friday 12 November 2010

Any entrant who is unable to take part in the event, should notify Dorothy House as soon as possible.

Entrants must be female, aged 16 and over (No upper age limit applies).

Entrants are responsible for their own medical condition, ensuring they are fit to complete the walk -please consult your doctor if you are in any doubt about your medical suitability.

By signing the entry form you agree to follow the reasonable directions of Dorothy House Hospice Care and abide by the rules and conditions of entry for the Midnight Walk.

Dorothy House Hospice Care reserves the right to cancel this event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

All participants walk at their own risk. In no event shall Dorothy House Hospice Care be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this walk.
