TOGETHER - We aim to raise £ 100,000 to give more care for more patients on the In-Patient Unit at Winsley

The Midnight Walk is a marshalled eight-kilometre walk, beginning at the stroke of midnight on Saturday 13th September from the grounds of Dorothy House.

The route takes walkers through Turleigh to Bradford on Avon and back to Winsley in the early hours of Sunday morning. The entry fee is £10 per person. The event is open only to women aged 16 or over on 13th September 2008. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the walk. Full event details, including a map, event number and sponsorship forms will be sent to all entrants.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

You must register for this event by completing the attached form

You cannot enter for the walk on the night

Entry forms must be returned by Friday 5th September 2008

Places are limited so it is recommended that you complete and return this form ASAP

One form must be completed by each entrant (Photocopied forms are acceptable)

If entering as part of a team, each member must complete a form and it is suggested that all forms are sent together

If you receive a place but for any reason cannot take part your place is
not transferable

The walk costs £10.00 to enter and each entrant will be expected to raise further sponsorship

Sponsorship forms will be sent with your confirmation letter

We have not set a minimum sponsorship amount that you need to raise, but please raise as much as you can!

By signing the entry form you agree to follow the reasonable directions of Dorothy House Hospice Care and abide by the rules and conditions of entry for the Midnight Walk

Dorothy House Hospice Care reserves the right to cancel this event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances

All participants walk at their own risk. In no event shall Dorothy House Hospice Care be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever and including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this walk
