Key Tasks: To ensure that stock is efficiently sorted and prepared for sale. To ensure quality and optimum density of stock is processed in given time frames. To ensure high standards of processing and cleanliness/tidiness in all areas. To provide a high standard of customer service. To communicate effectively with the Manager. To participate in education, training and development and attend meetings as required. To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager in ensuring the maintenance, safety and security of all parts of the shops premises and in ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements of the organisation and of legislation are met. To provide cover for the Manager as required.
