Standards Compliance
1. All pages on this site have been tested using Bobby software and comply to its standards. This is always a judgement call; many accessibility features can be measured, but many can not. We have reviewed all the guidelines and believe that all these pages are in compliance.

2. This site complies with all priority 1, 2, and 3 guidelines of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines where applicable. Again, this is a judgement call; many guidelines are intentionally vague and can not be tested automatically. We have reviewed all the guidelines and believe that all these pages are in compliance.

3. All pages on this site are compliant with Section 508 of the U.S. Federal Government Section 508 Guidelines. Again, a judgement call. We have reviewed all the guidelines and believe that all these pages are in compliance.

Please note that use of this logo is not conditional, we have reviewed all the guidelines and believe that all these pages are in compliance and have ran automated tests. However, as yet there is no tool that can perform a completely automatic assessment on the checkpoints in the guidelines, and fully automatic testing remains difficult. For instance, some checkpoints rely on an interpretation of what "important" information is, or whether the text equivalent for a non-text element is accurate.

It is also possible for automated accessibility checkers to register "false negatives" or "false positives" due to the type of mark-up on a page.
