Please note that many of the links in the A to Z refer to national charities, unlike Dorothy House which is a local charity that is locally funded. Dorothy House does not receive any funding support from national charities such as Macmillan and Marie Curie.

Your first visit to the A to Z?

The A to Z contains advice on where to go for help and support for a wide range of problems. It does not attempt to duplicate the information available elsewhere but instead it lists the organisations and websites that provide this information. Most of the organisations mentioned are national ones, often with local branches throughout the UK. We also mention ones that operate within the catchment area of Dorothy House.
