Light up a Life 2014 - Let a light shine in the darkness...

From Tuesday 2 December to Sunday 4 January 2015, there will be a Christmas tree at Dorothy House Winsley, sparkling with hundreds of lights, each one shining in memory of someone special.

If you would like to sponsor a light on our Tree of Light, please complete this dedication form and return it to us. We will acknowledge your gift with a card giving the name(s) of those you wish to remember.

We will also be holding Services of Light across the communities we serve, the first one at Bath Abbey on Tuesday 2 December. Details of all the other services will be included with your card, and can be found below.

This year's seasonal services of remembrance will take place at 6pm as follows:

Wednesday 3 December - Shepton Mallet, Peter Street Rooms

Thursday 4 December - Warminster, The United Church

Thursday 4 December - Devizes, St Andrew's Church

Monday 8  December - Chippenham, St Paul's Church

Tuesday 9 December - Malmesbury, Market Cross

Wednesday 10 December - Trowbridge, St James' Church

Thursday 11 December - Frome, Rook Lane Arts
