Patients, volunteers and staff in the Day Patient Unit were treated to some fabulous Bluegrass sounds from local band Sloejam. Sloejam are a group who hail from Westbury, Warminster, Trowbridge, Whitley, and Great Cheverell. They formed after having lessons individually with two teachers who then put them in touch so that they could play together. Sloejam started just over a year ago with three members, and now when they are all together there are 11 of them. Nine of the band came to visit the Hospice in Winsley on Friday 27 February.
